Hi!
My name's Clara, and I'm the president of Nashville Alternative Fashion.
Nashville has a great music scene, and a great art scene, but not much of a fashion scene.
Yes, we have Fashion Week, but that's a totally different world than street fashion, or "alternative fashion".
I don't even really like calling what we do "fashion".
It's more like "personal, visual aesthetic."
It's how we visually manifest what makes us, us.
It's not what's "trendy."
It's what's real.
And it's not just clothing as a medium - it's about art of every kind.
As NAF grows, we'll be hosting more and more events: fashion shows, art and gallery shows, meetups, workshops, classes, and more!
In fact, we're two days away from our very first art and fashion show!
